Festive fruit salad

For 4 people
  • 1 Can (s) (425 ml; div. weighted 250 g) peaches
  • 400 g Pineapple
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) Apple
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Banana
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Carambola
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) pink grapefruit
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Orange
  • 5 EL Maple syrup
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon
  • Chocolate slicer
  • Lemon balm

Drain the peaches and cut into cubes. Peel the pineapple and cut out the stalk. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Wash the apple, cut in half and cut out the core.

Cut the apple into wedges.Peel and slice the banana. Wash the carambola and also cut into slices. Peel the grapefruit and orange so that the white skin is completely removed.

Cut the pulp out of the separating membranes. Catch the juice. Mix all types of fruit together. Mix the maple syrup, orange and grapefruit juice and pour over the salad. Approx. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Whip the cream, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until half-stiff and sprinkle with a chocolate slicer. Arrange the fruit salad in a bowl and serve decorated with lemon balm if you like. Serve with cinnamon cream.
