Currywurst pan with french fries

For 4 people
  • 600 g frozen french fries (suitable for oven)
  • 300 g Curry-Ketchup
  • 2 TL honey
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Curry powder
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 TL Oil
  • 4 Curry sausages (approx. 90 g each)

French fries in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas : s. Manufacturer) bake for 16–18 minutes, turning once after approx. 12 minutes

For the sauce, heat the ketchup, honey, lemon juice and stock while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into rings and stir into the sauce, with the exception of a few rings for garnish.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sausages on all sides over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces and add to the sauce. Remove the fries and season with salt. Arrange with currywurst in bowls and garnish with the remaining spring onion rings
