Cherry jelly with vanilla topping
- 1 sachet of jelly 'Kirsch' (instant; full of sugar; for 1/2 liter of water)
- 4-5 tbsp Cherry liqueur or cherry juice
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 packet span> Vanillin sugar
- 1 (150 g) Cup of vanilla -Yoghurt

- 1.
- Boil almost 1/2 l of water. Put the contents of the sachet in a bowl. Stir in boiling water with a whisk. Approx. Continue stirring for 1/2 minute until the powder has dissolved. Stir in cherry liqueur or juice. Allow the jelly to cool down a little

- Pour cherry jelly into 4 dessert gasses. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours until the cherry jelly has set.
- 3.
- Beat the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff. Sprinkle in the vanillin sugar. Put the whipped cream under the vanilla yogurt

- Put a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top of each cherry dish. Possibly. decorate with orange biscuits and lemon balm leaves
