Barbecue skewers

  • 2 red onions
  • 40 g smoked streaky bacon

  • 400 g red peppers
  • 750 g frozen spicy potato wedges with skin

Peel, halve or quarter the onions. Cut the bacon into thin pieces. Drain the corn. Wash the pork tenderloin, cut into large cubes. Clean and wash the peppers, also cut into pieces.

Place the prepared ingredients alternately on skewers. Spread the frozen potato wedges on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / gas: level 4) for 18-22 minutes.
