very easy
1.
Knead all ingredients for the base as quickly as possible into a smooth dough. The dough can be processed immediately and does not have to rest.
2.
Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper. Roll out two thirds of the shortcrust pastry, shape the rest of the pastry into a roll, place on the edge and press up about 3 cm.
3.
For the filling, mix all ingredients together well except the cocoa. Halve the quark mixture and stir the cocoa into one half. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
4.
Alternating between a large spoon of light and dark quark mixture, place in the middle of the shortcrust base until everything is used up. Do not spread, the mass runs by itself and this is how the striped pattern results.
5.
Bake the cake in the oven on the middle rack for about 1 hour. Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
