Yogurt dressing with ginger, coriander and lime

- 1 Lime
- 1/2 Bund Coriander
- 150 g span> Whole milk yogurt
- 100 g Buttermilk

- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lime. Wash the coriander, pat dry and cut finely. Put the yogurt and buttermilk in a tall mug and stir. Add ginger, lime juice and coriander and puree finely. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour dressing into a bottle and place in the refrigerator. Dressing is tasty B. with fresh salads with seafood and fish or as a dip with Asian rice dishes. Dressing has a shelf life of approx. 1 week
