  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small radicchio
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) red onion
  • 50 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g sliced ​​old Gouda cheese

Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Break the cheese into pieces. Mix together vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
