Whole grain toast with banana, cottage cheese and almonds

  • 30 g Almond flakes
  • 3 EL liquid honey
  • 1 (200 g) Mug of grainy cream cheese
  • 8 slices wholemeal toast

Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Heat a pan, add the bananas, almonds and 2 tbsp honey, let caramelize. Mix the cream cheese and 1 tbsp honey. Toast slices of toast, brush with cream cheese and place banana slices on top.
