Whole grain toast with banana, cottage cheese and almonds
- 2 Bananas
- 30 g Almond flakes
- 3 EL liquid honey
- 1 (200 g) Mug of grainy cream cheese li>
- 8 slices wholemeal toast

- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Heat a pan, add the bananas, almonds and 2 tbsp honey, let caramelize. Mix the cream cheese and 1 tbsp honey. Toast slices of toast, brush with cream cheese and place banana slices on top.

- Sprinkle with cress.
