White and pink muffins

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 TL Baking powder
  • 1/2 TL Soda
  • 100 g white chocolate - chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 110 g Krsitallzucker
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 240 g Buttermilk
  • 1 TL Vanilla flavor
  • 240 g raspberries

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, equip the muffin tin with paper cases.

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, i.e. the flour, baking soda, baking powder and the chopped white chocolate. Beat the egg in another bowl and whisk briefly. Then add the oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla flavoring and stir.

Now carefully fold in the dry ingredients, finally adding the raspberries.

Fill the muffin tins approx. 3/4 with batter and bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
