Whey drink as an in between snack

For 1 glass
  • 100 ml pure drinking whey
  • 50 ml Tomato juice
  • 50 ml carrot juice
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1/2 TL Wheat germ oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Mix the whey, tomato, carrot and orange juice and oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour into a glass and serve with straws or a lemon wedge
