Whey drink as an in between snack
- 100 ml pure drinking whey li>
- 50 ml Tomato juice
- 50 ml carrot juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1/2 TL Wheat germ oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice

- Mix the whey, tomato, carrot and orange juice and oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour into a glass and serve with straws or a lemon wedge
