Vegetable stew

For 2 people
  • 1 Kohlrabi (approx. 250 g)
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 pack onion soup 'Feinschmecker Art'
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 2 fine Unbaked sausages (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1/2 Bund Parsley
  • Pepper

Peel kohlrabi, carrots and potatoes and to wash. Cut the kohlrabi and potatoes into pieces. Cut the carrots into slices. Boil 3/4 liter of water. Stir in onion soup powder. Add the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi. Cook everything over a low heat for ten minutes. Add the peas after five minutes. Press the sausage meat out of the skin as small dumplings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown while turning. Wash the parsley, pat dry and finely chop. Add the dumplings to the soup and let it steep for two minutes. Season with a little pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley
