Vanilla cream with fruits

For 4 people
  • 1 glass (370 ml; div. weight: 185 g) Sour cherries
  • 1-2 TL Cornstarch
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 2 (à 150 g) Cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 1 Can (s) (425 ml; Abtr. Weight: 250 g) Peaches
  • 1 EL Chocolate rolls

Cherry Drain the juice while collecting the juice. Mix the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of juice until smooth. Bring the rest of the juice to the boil. Add the mixed cornstarch and bring to the boil again while stirring. Let the juice cool down. In the meantime, stir together the mascarpone, vanilla sugar and yoghurt. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Drain the peaches and cut into wedges. Arrange the kiwis, peaches, cherries and mascarpone cream on plates. Drizzle with cherry juice. Sprinkle with chocolate rolls
