Turkey steaks with paprika vegetables

For 4 people
  • 400 g Roasted paprika (glass, in oil)
  • 2 red onions
  • 600 g Turkey fillet
  • Salt, pepper
  • 5 St iel (s) Parsley
  • 1 EL liquid honey
  • 2 EL lemon juice

Drain the paprika, collect some oil. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into 4 steaks. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large grill pan. Fry the meat in it on each side for about 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Sauté the onions in the frying fat. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop. Put the paprika in the pan, toss. Season to taste with salt, pepper, honey and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with turkey steaks.
