Turkey nuggets with mixed salad

For 1 person
  • 50 g cleaned lettuce
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 50 g cleaned radishes
  • 1 (30 g) peeled onion
  • 1 TL vinegar
  • salt, white pepper
  • sweetener
  • 2 TL (5 g each) Oil
  • 1 EL (20 g) Corn on the cob
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 TL (5 g) Flour (e.g. B. Type 1050)
  • 1 TL chopped parsley and chives rolls
  • 50 g chunky tomatoes
  • some chili powder

Wash the lettuce, cucumber and radishes. Pluck the lettuce into pieces. Cut the cucumber into slices and quarter the radishes

Chop the onion. Mix vinegar, a little water, salt, pepper, sweetener, half of the onion and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix the prepared salad ingredients, corn and marinade

Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into cubes. Mix the flour, herbs, salt and pepper. Turn the turkey cubes in it. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry the turkey cubes in it, turning, for 5-6 minutes until golden brown

Remove the meat. Braise the remaining onion cubes in the frying fat. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt and possibly chilli. Serve the nuggets with the lettuce and tomatoes
