Turkey breast with beans wrapped in bacon

For 4 people
  • 1 Pure breast fillets
  • 250 g Kenya beans
  • 1 pack Bacon
  • 50 ml. Port wine
  • 2 Essl. Oil
  • 2 Essl. Butter
  • Garnish a few firm to the bite cooked carrot stripsand broccoli
  • Salt and pepper

Sear the turkey breast in a pan in oil and butter, for 20 minutes. roast, keep warm. Clean the beans in salted water for 4 minutes. Cook until firm to the bite, wrap the bacon and fry briefly in butter. Deglaze the turkey stock with port wine and a little broth.

Season, reduce a little, cut turkey into slices with the sauce, serve the boiled potatoes and vegetables.
