Tropical fruit curd salad with peanuts

  • 250 g pineapple
  • 1/2 Papaya
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 1 EL Mint liqueur (as you like)
  • 250 g Lean quark
  • 1 EL honey
  • 1 EL unsalted peanuts
  • 1 EL Fine yeast
  • cocktail cherry and mint

Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk, cut the pulp into pieces. Core and peel the papaya, cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Peel the kiwi, cut 2 slices. Puree the rest of the kiwi and mix with lemon juice and, if desired, with liqueur. Mix the quark and honey. Fold in the fruits and pour into a bowl. Drizzle with the pureed kiwi, sprinkle with peanuts and yeast flakes. Decorate with cocktail cherry and delicate mint if you like
