Tomato and Tuna Noodles

For 1 person
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 210 ml-can of tuna, natural (div. 75 g)
  • 35 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) oil
  • 2 TL capers
  • pepper
  • 2 stem (s) basil

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain the tuna on a sieve, divide into smaller pieces. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the tomatoes in it for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and tuna and fry for about 2 minutes. Add capers. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the basil and cut into strips except for a few leaves for garnish and add to the pan. Drain the pasta and stir into the tomato and tuna mixture. Arrange on a plate and garnish with basil leaves
