Tomato and apricot cocktail
- 4 Apricot halves (from the can)
- 2 EL Apricot juice
- 5 cl Tomato juice
- 50-100 ml Apollinaris span>

- Puree the apricot halves with the hand mixer, stir with the juice until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass. Add tomato juice and serve with apollinarisTop up lemon
