Tomato and apricot cocktail

For 1 cocktail glass
  • 4 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 2 EL Apricot juice
  • 5 cl Tomato juice
  • 50-100 ml Apollinaris
  • lemon

Puree the apricot halves with the hand mixer, stir with the juice until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass. Add tomato juice and serve with apollinarisTop up lemon
