Tagliatelle with lemon sauce and prawns

For 6 people
  • 3 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 organic lemon
  • 6 El Oil
  • 6 Tl Sugar
  • 600 g Crème fraîche
  • salt pepper
  • 600 g Tagliatelle
  • 420 g Frozen shrimps
  • 90 g rocket

Finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash lemon with hot water, dry and finely grate 2 teaspoons of peel. Squeeze the lemon.

Heat the oil in a large pan, sauté the onions and garlic over a medium heat until translucent. Sprinkle with sugar and let it melt. Deglaze the onions with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraîche and season the sauce with lemon zest, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Clean, wash and spin dry rocket. Warm the prawns in the sauce. Drain the pasta and mix while dripping wet with the lemon sauce.

Serve with the rocket and serve immediately.
