Sylt Caesar Salad with double cheese

  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 70 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of Sylt salad sauce

Dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and roast the ham in it for about 4 minutes, turning. Finely pluck the mozzarella. Slice the parmesan into shavings

Clean the lettuce, wash, shake dry, halve lengthways and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Mix the dressing and half of the parmesan.
