Sylt Caesar Salad with double cheese
- 150 g sliced raw ham li>
- 1 EL Sunflower oil
- 125 g Buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 70 g Parmesan cheese span>
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- 1 red onion span>
- 1 (250 ml) span> Bottle of Sylt salad sauce

- Dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and roast the ham in it for about 4 minutes, turning. Finely pluck the mozzarella. Slice the parmesan into shavings

- Clean the lettuce, wash, shake dry, halve lengthways and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Mix the dressing and half of the parmesan.
- 3.
- Mix the salad, mozzarella and ham, serve and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan to taste
