  • 4 EL grated Emmentaler cheese
  • 2 EL Sesame
  • 75 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 EL chopped pistachios
  • 1 Egg yolk

Unroll the dough and divide it into triangles. Sprinkle 3 pieces with cheese and sesame seeds. Cover the remaining croissants with 1 small roll of marzipan each. Sprinkle with pistachios. Roll up the dough loosely from the broad side.
