Summertime punch

For 1 For 1 glass
  • 1 lemon balm stalk
  • ice cubes
  • 1 small ladle of rumtop fruits
  • 1 EL Lime juice
  • Mineral water

Wash lemon balm shake dry. Pour into a glass with ice cubes. Add rum pots and lime juice. Top up with mineral water.

Mix the ripe fruits (not overripe!) that have been washed, pitted and cleaned with sugar (2 parts of fruit: 1 part of sugar) for the rum pods. Pour into the hot rinsed container with the lid.

Cover the fruit with rum (54%) (1–2 cm over it). Days later, add sugared fruits, pour rum again. Store in a cool and dark place for at least 4 weeks. Approx. Spices (e.g.
