Summertime punch
- 1 lemon balm stalk li>

- 1 small ladle of rumtop fruits
- 1 EL Lime juice
- Mineral water

- Wash lemon balm shake dry. Pour into a glass with ice cubes. Add rum pots and lime juice. Top up with mineral water.

- Mix the ripe fruits (not overripe!) that have been washed, pitted and cleaned with sugar (2 parts of fruit: 1 part of sugar) for the rum pods. Pour into the hot rinsed container with the lid.

- Cover the fruit with rum (54%) (1–2 cm over it). Days later, add sugared fruits, pour rum again. Store in a cool and dark place for at least 4 weeks. Approx. Spices (e.g.
