Stuffed meatballs with herb sauce

For 4 people
  • 1 medium-sized zucchini
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Bund Thyme (alternatively 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 Bunch Parsley, chives and dill
  • 2 (à 150 g) Cup of whole milk yoghurt

Clean, wash and finely dice the zucchini. Also dice the sheep's cheese. Wash and finely chop the thyme. Mix the zucchini, cheese and thyme together. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.

Knead the mince and egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and form 8 meatballs with moistened hands, make a well in the middle and add 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Shape the meat dough back into meatballs and flatten it a little.

Meatballs on the preheated grill 6-8 on each sideFry minutes. For the sauce, wash and finely chop the herbs. Mix with yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the meatballs.
