Strawberry tiramisu for children

For 4 people
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 2 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 8 Lady Fingers
  • cling film

Wash the strawberries and put 2–4 strawberries aside. Clean the remaining berries and cut 150 g into round slices. Puree 100 g strawberries and milk. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Stir in the mascarpone.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the mascarpone mixture.

Cut the ladyfingers into pieces (depending on the jar size). Place half of the ladyfingers on the bottom of the 4 glasses (approx. 200 ml each) and drizzle with 1–2 tablespoons of strawberry milk.

Put half of the cream on top and cover with the strawberry slices. Layer the remaining ladyfingers, strawberry milk and cream. Cover the cream with foil and chill for at least 1 hour. Halve the remaining strawberries.
5.
Decorate the cream with strawberry halves and serve immediately.
