Strawberry and spinach salad with bacon
- 100 g breakfast bacon
- 400
g Strawberries - 1 jar (s) (425 ml) white bean kernels
- 200 g Baby spinach
- 2 EL Strawberry jam
- 3 EL Vinegar
- 3 EL span> Oil
- salt
- pepper

- Cut the bacon into pieces and leave it in a pan until crispy. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Drain and drain beans. Clean and wash the spinach and shake dry.

- Mix the jam and vinegar. Beat the oil in portions in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently mix the beans, spinach, bacon and strawberries. Add dressing and arrange salad on plates.
