Strawberry and spinach salad with bacon

  • 100 g breakfast bacon
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 1 jar (s) (425 ml) white bean kernels
  • 200 g Baby spinach
  • 2 EL Strawberry jam
  • 3 EL Vinegar
  • 3 EL Oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Cut the bacon into pieces and leave it in a pan until crispy. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Drain and drain beans. Clean and wash the spinach and shake dry.

Mix the jam and vinegar. Beat the oil in portions in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently mix the beans, spinach, bacon and strawberries. Add dressing and arrange salad on plates.
