Strawberry and peach platter with vanilla cream
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 span> go. Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar
- 1 span> sour apple

- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it steep for a moment

- Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the stone. Cut the apple into thin wedges and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice. Wash peaches, cut in half, remove stone. Cut the peaches into wedges

- Possibly strain the jam through a sieve. Mix with the rest of the lime juice and liqueur. Mix with the prepared fruits. Cover and let stand for approx. 10 minutes

- Lightly whip the cream, vanilla pulp and 1 teaspoon sugar. Decorate the strawberry and peach plate with lemon balm and lime wedges. Add vanilla cream

- If you like, you can scald and peel the peaches. Or you can use ripe nectarines instead of peaches. They taste similarly fine, but have a smooth bowl
