Strawberry and mint-lime drink

For 1 per 1.5 liter drinks
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 1 small pot of peppermint
  • 350 ml bitter lemon
  • 2 (0.75 l each) cold bottles of Prosecco
  • 2 kg Ice cubes to fill up
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 50 ml Pomegranate syrup

For the mint-lime drink Halve the limes, squeeze out the juice. Bring the sugar and lime juice to the boil and simmer briefly until the sugar has dissolved. Let the syrup cool down. Wash the peppermint, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems. Pour mint, syrup, bitter lemon and 1 bottle of Prosecco into a large carafe (approx. 1.5 liters), mix and fill with ice

For the strawberry -Drink strawberries, clean them and cut into thin slices. Pour strawberries, remaining Prosecco and pomegranate syrup into a large carafe (approx. 1.5 liters), mix and fill with ice
