'Stars & Stripes' fruit skewers

  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 4–5 medium-sized bananas
  • 5–6 EL lemon juice
  • 11 Wooden kebab skewers
  • 300 g Vanilla yoghurt

Clean and wash the strawberries and, depending on the size, cut them in half or into quarters. Sort the blueberries. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, mix carefully with lemon juice

Put 2 strawberry and 2 banana pieces alternately on 5 skewers. Finish with 5–6 blueberries each. Put 4 strawberry and 3 banana pieces on each of the remaining skewers, top with strawberries. Arrange skewers next to each other on a plate as a flag. Add vanilla yoghurt
