Spinach noodles with crispy bacon

For 2 people
  • 4-5 thin slices of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g frozen cream-spinach
  • 6-8 EL Milk
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg

Fry the bacon in a large saucepan or pan (with a lid) until crispy. Take out and drain. Drain the fat except for 2 tbsp

Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely. Steam in the hot bacon fat until translucent. Add frozen spinach and milk and cook covered over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Peel the chips from the parmesan with a peeler

Season the spinach sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the spaghetti and mix with the spinach sauce. Break the bacon into pieces and sprinkle with the parmesan.
