Spaghetti with creamed spinach sauce
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 span> Garlic clove
- 1 TL Oil
- 750 g frozen creamed spinach
- 150 ml Milk
- 300 g Spaghetti
- salt
- 100 g Sliced breakfast bacon li>
- grated nutmeg
- 75 g Parmesan cheese

- Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry both until translucent. Add spinach and milk and cook covered over low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir frequently.

- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the bacon in a hot pan until crispy. Bring the spinach to the boil once. Season with salt and nutmeg. Drain the pasta, drain and mix with the spinach sauce.

- Place the bacon on top and grate the parmesan.
