Spaghetti Carbonara light

For 2 people
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 TL Olive oil
  • 50 g Ham nuggets-extra lean
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • salt
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into wedges and slice the garlic. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and roughly chop. Heat the oil.

Fry the ham, onions and garlic for about 4 minutes while turning. In the meantime, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Pour pasta into a sieve, collecting some of the cooking water.

Mix the egg yolks and 8 tablespoons of the cooking water. Mix the pasta, egg yolk mixture and ham pan. Arrange on plates.
