Spaghetti aglio olio

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 Can (s) Tuna fillets 'natural' without oil (net content 115 g, portion weight. 81 g)
  • 2-3 EL Olive oil
  • 1 EL frozen herb mix '8 herbs'
  • Pepper
  • Chili peppers

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the onion and dice it finely. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into fine rings.

Drain the tuna in a colander. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion. Add the chilli. Pour pasta into a colander, drain. Put the pasta in the hot oil, add the herbs and mix.

Season with salt and pepper. Tear up the tuna and mix in. Arrange in deep plates, garnish with chilli pepper.
