Salmon cocktail
- 1 egg
- 120 g Cucumber
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 slices (50 g each) smoked salmon
- some leaves oak leaf salad
- 3 stem (s) dill li>
- 150 g firm sour cream
- 1-2 EL lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

- Boil the egg for approx. 10 minutes. Then chill, peel and cut into eighths. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Roll up salmon slices, cut into rolls. Wash the lettuce leaves, drain them and line 4 cocktail bowls with them. Carefully mix the cucumber slices, onion rings and salmon and spread on top. For the sauce, wash and chop the dill. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice and dill and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the cocktail. Serve decorated with an egg. Fresh baguette tastes good with it
