Raspberry groats

For 4 people
  • 250 g Raspberries - alternatively 1 pack (250 g) Frozen raspberries
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 1 pack Gelin
  • 1/4 l Cherry nectar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • grated chocolate

Sort the raspberries, wash and drain, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and let steep. Mix gelin, cherry and lemon juice with the remaining sugar well. Fold in raspberries and pour into small glass bowls. Chill the raspberry groats. Whip the cream until stiff, fill a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt a tuff onto each of the groats. Scatter chocolate flakes over it and serve
