Raclette with pear and camembert
- 3 Pears
- 150 g Camembert
- 80 g cranberry compote

- Wash the pears, pat dry, quarter and remove the core. Cut the quarters into wedges. Cut the cheese into slices. Put a few slices of pear, cranberries and a slice of Camembert in a pan and bake them under the raclette grill
