Raclette on Christmas Eve
- 1-2 Garlic cloves li>

- 1 (200 g) bag of osso-buco tortelli
- 3 slices (30 g each) cooked ham

- 400 g sliced raclette cheese
- 75 g whipped cream
- 12 very thin slices of baguette bread (approx. 7 g each)

- For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into rings. Mix the honey, oil, garlic, chili and pepper together. Pour boiling water over the chives and let stand for 2-3 minutes, lift out and drain.

- Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry and cut into 10 thin (approx. 4 mm) slices. Tie into shape with a stalk of chives. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, cut into strips and stick on wooden skewers.

- Brush both with the marinade and cover and chill. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, bring to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Drain, quench and peel off the shell. Slice part of the potatoes.

- Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Wash, clean and quarter tomatoes, cut out the seeds and finely dice the pulp.

- Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Finely dice the bacon. Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Mix the crème fraîche, sour cream and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

- Pour the pineapple into a sieve and drain well. Put the ossobuco tortelli in boiling salted water and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into a sieve, drain well. Quarter the ham slices. Cut the beef fillet into thin slices (cold cuts), spread the marinade, fill the mushrooms and peppers in pans, bake with cheese.

- For the tortelli pans, put the tortelli, diced tomatoes, a dollop of crème fraîche and cheese in a pan and bake. Put the potato slices, bacon, chives and 1 tablespoon each of cream in a pan and bake with cheese.

- Layer the bread slices, pineapple, cooked ham, cocktail cherries and cheese in a pan and bake them with gratin. Fry the pork fillet and chicken skewers on the surface (grill) while turning. Serve the remaining ingredients in small bowls or on plates.

- And fill the prepared ingredients into pans and bake them too.
