Quick strawberry quark dish
- 650 g strawberries
- 1 TL sp an> + 3-4 tbsp sugar
- span> juice of 1 lime
- 4 EL desiccated coconut
- 500 g Lean quark
- 1 Package Vanillin sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut liqueur (or 1-2 tablespoons coconut syrup )

- Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Puree 150 g strawberries, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1-2 teaspoons lime juice. Mix the puree and remaining strawberries. Roast the coconut flakes in a pan without fat.

- Remove 1 tablespoon of the rasp to decorate. Mix the quark, remaining lime juice, desiccated coconut, vanilla sugar, liqueur and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Arrange the quark dish and strawberries in a bowl and decorate with desiccated coke and chips.
