Quick noodle meat salad

  • 250 g Mini-Penne rigate
  • Salt
  • 1 Pack (10 g) Instant salad dressing 'Garden herbs'
  • 3 EL Oil
  • 1 (150 g) romaine lettuce heart
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bund Spring onions (4 Piece)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 400 g Meat salad
  • 300 g Whole milk yogurt
  • black pepper
  • 3-4 EL Lemon juice

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the salad dressing with the oil. Drain the pasta, drain and mix with the herb oil, leave to cool. Clean the lettuce, wash it, cut into strips and drain.

Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Mix the meat salad with the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Pasta, meat salad andMix the remaining ingredients. Season again to taste.
