Quick chestnut cream (Mont Blanc)

For 4 people
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 2 EL fine sugar
  • 300 g chestnut cream
  • 2–3 EL Milk
  • 10 0 g chocolate sauce
  • 50 g Meringue

Whip the cream until stiff, sprinkle with sugar. Mix the chestnut cream, milk and approx. 3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce until it is creamy

Crumble the meringue and distribute between 4 glasses. Put chestnut cream on top of the meringue. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and sprinkle onto the chestnut cream as tuffs. Pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the cream and serve
