Quick chestnut cream (Mont Blanc)
- 150 g whipped cream
- 2 EL span> fine sugar
- 300 g chestnut cream
- 2–3 EL Milk li>
- 10 0 g chocolate sauce
- 50 g Meringue

- Whip the cream until stiff, sprinkle with sugar. Mix the chestnut cream, milk and approx. 3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce until it is creamy
- 2.
- Crumble the meringue and distribute between 4 glasses. Put chestnut cream on top of the meringue. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and sprinkle onto the chestnut cream as tuffs. Pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the cream and serve
