Princess and the pea cuts

Cook the peas in boiling salted water for approx. 2 minutes, then drain. Cut the ham into small cubes. Wash, clean and halve tomatoes. Whisk eggs with milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Place the contents of the package in a bowl for the pizza dough. Pour in 250 ml of lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Briefly knead the dough again with your hands.

Grease the drip pan (32 x 39 cm) in the oven. Roll out the dough the size of the drip pan and place in the drip pan. Spread the peas on the ground. Cover with ham. Carefully pour egg milk on top.

Scatter cheese on top and spread tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 30-40 minutes.
