  • 1/4 l milk
  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoons + 185 g sugar
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 2 eggs (size M )
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Raisins
  • 1/2 TL Cinnamon

Finally knead in the raisins. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for another 45 minutes. Mix 100 g sugar and cinnamon
