Potatoes with brawn

  • 200 g gesch. Potatoes
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 5 (50 g) cleaned radishes
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 2 tbsp (50 g) Lean quark
  • 1-2 EL Mineral water
  • parsley
  • 60 g Poultry brawn

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Finely chop or grate the vegetables. Mix the quark and mineral water until smooth. Fold in vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash, chop and add parsley. Dice the aspic. Serve everything
