Popcorn Chocolate Cake

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Pt. Vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 Pkt. Baking powder
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g Chocolate popcorn (e.g. Milka Popcorn Snax)

Mix the softened butter with the food processor until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar and keep stirring until it has completely dissolved. Stir in the eggs one at a time.

Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk, spoon by spoon. Melt the chocolate over the water bath and then stir in the popcorn.

Fold this mixture into the dough and place the finished dough in a greased Gugel form. Bake at 180 ° C for 60 minutes.
