Plum granita

- 6 EL span> lemon juice

- Mix the plum and lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar. It is best to divide it into 2 flat forms and place in the freezer. (Divided into 2 molds, the granita will be frozen after 2 1/2 hours.) Stir the granita at intervals. For the compote, clean, wash, halve and stone the plums. Mix with 4 tablespoons of brown sugar and rum. Approx. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the starch and 3 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir into the plum liquid. Bring to the boil briefly, let cool down. Divide the compote between 4 glasses. Fill up with the granita and serve immediately
