Pear and walnut shake

Ingredients

Portion size: For 2 glasses (250 ml each)

Preparation

  1. Wash and quarter the pear and the corecut out. Peel the quarters and cut into pieces, then mix immediately with the lemon juice. Finely chop the walnut kernels with a large knife.
  2. The pear pieces with the milk, sea buckthorn butter, walnut ice cream and 1 pinch Puree the cloves with the hand blender or in a blender until frothy. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the walnuts and dust over the remaining ground cloves. Serve with a drinking straw.
