Pear and walnut shake
Ingredients
Portion size: For 2 glasses (250 ml each)
- 1 large ripe pear
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Walnuts
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tbsp Sea buckthorn butter (from the health food store)
- 2 balls of walnut ice cream
- 2 Msp. ground cloves
Preparation
- Wash and quarter the pear and the corecut out. Peel the quarters and cut into pieces, then mix immediately with the lemon juice. Finely chop the walnut kernels with a large knife.
- The pear pieces with the milk, sea buckthorn butter, walnut ice cream and 1 pinch Puree the cloves with the hand blender or in a blender until frothy. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the walnuts and dust over the remaining ground cloves. Serve with a drinking straw.
