Pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs
- 2 small onions
- 300 span> mixed minced meat
- 1 TL Mustard
- 2 EL breadcrumbs
- 2 s pan> EL Milk
- Salt
- span> Pepper
- 2 EL Sunflower oil
- 500 g strained tomatoes span>
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 300 g Spaghetti li>
- Parsley ul>

- Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Knead the mince, mustard, half of the onion, breadcrumbs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs. Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes while turning.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté the remaining onion cubes until translucent. Add the tomatoes while stirring, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.

- Pour into a sieve. Put the pasta back in the pot. Add tomato sauce and meatballs and fold in. Arrange on plates andGarnish with parsley.
