Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions, cut into rings and wash. Peel the mushrooms, wash and cut into strips. Fry the mushrooms and spring onions in the hot oil for about 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and lime juice. Bring to the boil and stir in the sauce thickener. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the salami. Drain the pasta and rinse in cold water.
