Pasta and spinach salad
- 200 g penne noodles li>

- Cook the pasta with a tablespoon of oil in plenty of boiling salted water for ten to twelve minutes. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, blanch them briefly in boiling water, peel them off, quarter and core them and cut the flesh into wedges.

- Thoroughly wash the spinach, sort and, if necessary, pluck a little. Drain the pasta, rinse under cold water, drain and let cool. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper.

- Add the onion and garlic and beat in the remaining oil. Dice cheese. Mix everything loosely and arrange in a bowl.
