Pancakes with honey
- 20 g Butter
- 150–200 ml Milk
- 2 EL Sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g flour
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- 4 tbsp light, liquid honey to drizzle
- Oil

- Melt the butter. Mix the milk, sugar, salt, flour and butter into a smooth dough. Stir in eggs. Let the dough soak for approx. 15 minutes.

- Brush a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Pour 1/8 of the batter into the pan. Turn the pancakes after approx. 2 minutes and fry again for approx. 2 minutes. Remove and bake 7 more pancakes in the same way. Layer the pancakes in a tower, drizzle with honey
