Pan Salami Pizza

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 TL Sugar
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1/2 packet dry yeast

  • 100 g green, pickled peppers
  • 150 g air-dried salami
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 250 ml Pizza tomato sauce with oregano
  • 2 TL dried rosemary

Mix the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl. Pour in 300–325 ml of lukewarm water and oil and knead everything with the dough hook of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes. Dust with flour and cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 1 / 2–2 hours

Drain the peppers and cut into rings. Peel the skin off the salami, cut the salami into slices. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Coarsely grate the Gouda. Grease an ovenproof pan (26–28 cm Ø at the bottom)

Halve the dough. Press a piece of dough in the pan to form a flat bottom with a bulging edge. Approx. Spread 1/2 of the tomato sauce on top. Top with about 1/2 salami and pepperoni, sprinkle with rosemary. Spread 1/2 of both types of cheese on top. Approx. Sear on the stove for 2 minutes over medium to high heat.
